We offer commercial and residential services, meaning we have the crews and the trucks to get the job done. If your office or business needs to dispose of stuff, we've got you covered. Do the heavy and light lifting and load it up. Unlike with a dumpster, you aren't the one tossing the junk around, worrying about how much it will all cost. Over half of the stuff removed can be recycled and donated.  In addition to lifting and loading, we also clean out and clear. If you've got a space packed to the ceiling with stuff, that's no problem for us. We also work all year around, rain or shine, heat or cold, no matter what the weather is outside, if our trucks can get to you, our crew will be there ready to haul. Finally, we're fully licensed, bonded and insured. What to Look for in Junk Removal Company

To put it in simple terms, junk removal companies take away things you do not want or need. They will either dispose of the unwanted items or recycle or donate them. A junk removal company will dispatch trucks to your residence or business. Crew members will move the items to the truck, separating them based on those that will be thrown away, recycled or donated. All the customer has to do is tell the crew where to go and what's going, and the crew takes care of the rest.

A good junk removal company is able to come for pick up within hours and not days. You shouldn't have to wait around for days to wait for them to come.  They should be prepared with the right tools, equipment and labor to complete the junk pick up.  They should be a full service junk removal service. That means they should be able to remove all the junk you want removed, without leaving anything left over for you to handle yourself. They should be able to give a fair quote without having to wait until the work is done to give you a final price. Any overages on pricing should be explained upfront as well.

What Can't Junk Removers take?

Though we can take most things, there are some things that we cannot remove. This is due to the safety of our crew and local laws and regulations about how certain items must be handled and disposed of. Depending on the area, the specific items that a junk removal service cannot take may differ. In general we cannot take, asbestos, oil, large our drums and tanks, gasoline and gasoline tanks, radioactive material, lead paint, open paint cans, hazardous chemicals and solvents (think things that cannot be obtained by consumers), explosives, medical waste, marine contaminants and dead animals (if you have a pest problem contact a pest control company.)If you're not sure whether we can take what you'd like to have removed, if it's not on this list, chances are we can, but feel free to get in touch with us and we'll be able to give a clear yes or no answer.

What can JUnk removers take?

We can take just about anything. For residential  and commercial junk removal services we take pretty much anything that can be found in a typical home or business. Things we typically take include but are not limited to: BBQ grills, stationary bikes ,treadmills, trainers and other workout equipment, bike, recreational and outdoor equipment, glass, tile, linoleum and other flooring, roofing shingles, lumber,  electronics like computers, televisions, and stereos,  aluminum and other metals, carpet,  toys, books, appliances, dry wall, lawnmowers and much more. We are happy to take over the cleanup portion of demolition projects like those for remodels, renovations, mold removal, yard work and organization projects.

How are Junk removal Services Priced?

Junk removal services can priced in a number of ways.  The three most common ways to price junk removal services are those based on volume, time, and weight. Below we'll go through all three approaches and their pros and cons.

Probably the most popular junk removal pricing basis is volume. Volume here refers to how full the junk truck is, to put simply, it's based truckloads or fractions of truckloads. There are usually minimum truckloads all the way through to full truckloads. Truckload based pricing allows the junk removal company to give a more accurate upfront quote, provided the person quoting the price is experienced. If the person quoting you the price isn't experienced removing a particular kind of item, the quote could be off.

Often pricing based on volume, is paired with pricing based on time. The standard price for volume will include one hour of work and beyond one hour, overages will apply. Pricing based on time is the simplest way to price junk removal. However long the crew takes to complete the job is the basis for the price of the junk removal services. The downside of this kind of pricing for the customer is that the crew might be incentivized to take their time, or do a poor job based on the amount of time has been paid for or will be paid for depending on the situation. The layout of a property and the distance the crew needs to travel to get to the property, the amount of work required to dissemble items and the weight of items which generally need more time to to move all factor into time based pricing.

Weight may be the most unequivocal pricing method for junk removal because the weight of junk is fixed. Junk removal based on weight are usually per pound and are listed on the invoice for services. One problem with this method is that it is not transparent to the customer. The weight of the junk is not known until it is weighed and therefore the final price to the customer when exclusively based on weight cannot be known until the junk is weighed.

The bottom line with pricing junk removal services for customers is that an experienced junk removal company will be able to give transparent pricing regardless of method. They will be able to tell the customer how they arrived at the pricing and give the customer a fair and upfront quote. They will also provide a detailed invoice breaking down what was paid for.
